Vegan Peanut Butter Fruit Dip

I wanted peanut butter that was the consistency of a dip that I could use for dipping apples and other fruit. This turned out great, and it perfect for adding a little protein to Sofia’s snacks.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c peanut butter
  • 3 T soy milk
  • 1 t sugar

Directions

  1. Mix the ingredients together until they form a smooth dip. Add more milk if it is too thick.

Tips

  • I used unsweetened peanut butter for this recipe. If you use sweetened, you may want to eliminate the sugar.
  • You can use almond milk or your milk of choice.
